if i knew what you were using, i could help, but, then again, i'm not the best in mxing... though i may be able to suggest VSTs or otherwise if you can tell me what you guys use...

We use real instruments. We have a recorder that converts things to MIDI. We then convert it to MP3.

for just short of thirty seconds, it's already got a lot of things going for it... aside from it's basicality, but you can totally make something more out of it.

i'm glad you didn't do like SO MANY OTHER people and just pick a dance beat and slowly build up to nothing and call it a song. this was quite enjoyable.
i've never used FL, but i've heard that even the most musically-challenged can bust out hits with it.

a little fuzzy at times, but maybe that's the idea? i can't tell for sure, because i know from experience how iffy some sounds and distortions can effect a song's depth...
anyways, yeah. i actually liked this, and wish you more luck than myself.

i'd probably ruin it by putting an assload of extra percussion in it, but that's just me.

idunno. the loop's kinda harsh, too. 6 for effort and reasonably-okay-to-listen-to-ness.
does not suck.

Eh, the loop would be sooo much better if the other 15 seconds weren't cut off(Every time I save, it saves a bit, then freezes during the process)

if you really want writable music, try Cakewalk Music Creator and an assload of VSTs.
...interestingly, the ending to loop sequence for this song fits.
you get a 7 for pure intensity.
